Digital Enablement & Marketing Support – Online Home Furnishings Retailer

United Arab Emirates


Advisory and implementation support provided to a UAE-based online retailer specializing in home furnishings to strengthen digital engagement and operational capabilities.


The engagement included digital strategy advisory, marketing enablement support and coordination of technology-driven initiatives aimed at improving online visibility, customer outreach and overall digital business performance.


Digital Platform & Ecosystem Implementation Programme

Asia & Middle East | Ongoing Engagement


Technology consulting and implementation coordination support provided to a Hong Kong–based consulting startup for the development of an integrated digital platform and business ecosystem.


Scope of engagement includes project conceptualization support, implementation planning, platform development coordination and ecosystem onboarding advisory across Asia and Middle East deployment markets. The programme is currently progressing through phased implementation and testing preparation activities.
